USP’s Pharmacopeial Education Department strives to deliver exceptional standards-based educational opportunities
for professionals in the pharmaceutical and allied industries. USP is dedicated to providing courses that help par-

classroom formats. All courses are developed by USP experts who help establish the standards.

Director, Pharmacopeial Education
John joined USP in 2001 and has been developing educational programs, publications, and services to help healthcare
practitioners improve the quality and safety of medication management both domestically and internationally. Prior
to USP, John was Director, Center on Pharmacy Practice Management at the American Society of Health-System
Pharmacists and Manager of Quality Assurance/Central Operations, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH.

Reference Standards Technical Services Scientist
Lili has 8 years of experience in the testing and characterization of USP Reference Standards. Her prior experience
spans diverse areas, including research, method development, and laboratory analysis. For the past 2 years, Lili has
been the primary contact at USP for customer inquiries and technical questions about Reference Standards.
