NEW Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be in writing. A refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be granted up to one week prior to the date of the program.
A 50% refund plus a $50 cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation requests received between one week and two days of the date of the program. Cancellation requests
made within two days of the program will result in no refund. Cancellation requests should be sent to custsvc@usp.org. Refunds will not be granted for “no shows.”
